No cool Found tripped breaker for downstairs system condenser. Failed capacitor caused startup amps to exceed 45 Amp breaker limit. Replaced with a t200x capacitor. System no cooling and pulling correct amperage.

Technician at first tried vaccing condensation line out to no avail technician reverted to high-pressure air to break up bacterial plug then vacced out and also flushed broken up plug. Unit operational at this time.
