I inspected the 1997 system. The blower wheel is heavily impacted with growth/ dust. The air flow is weak due to this. The inside of the air handler is corroded. I found a bad emergency float sw, replaced. The system was 2lbs low on R22, added 2lbs of 427a. I noticed the discharge side on compressor cylinder is weak. The condenser oil is corroded from age/ salt. The history is that a company put in refrigerant in the system last Thursday. It could leak out again. I highly recommend on replacing the system.. Corey our comfort advisor is coming out tomorrow 10am to 12pm. We offer 0% financing.. Marc is renovating the condo. It’s under construction..

Upon arrival found that the AHU is not leveled properly and is tilted back a little causing the primary to drain into the cabinet and return plenum. Unit is sitting on the drain pan and is bending. Roof is not structurally stable for a hanging out due to termites. Also system had no float switch. Did my best to bend back the drain pan and level the back up as much as I could and installed a float switch. Customer is scheduled for a sales visit Monday. Cleared the drain left system running. Note: Customer was advised to call Saturday or Sunday if issue returns, Serg feel free to call me for more info.
