Collin was excellent! He very patiently explained my situation and answered all of my questions. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone wanting to work with a very knowledgeable and customer focused technician. The staff setting up my appointment was very helpful and able to get a technician out to my house the same afternoon. Overall, great experience with this company, will definitely recommend them to others.

I would like to say Thank you for coming out the next day of me calling for an appt.8/28/24. I had another appt with another local company and they canceled on my twice ! So glad I called Total Air.!! Collin came out to my house and was very professional and got the drain problem fixed as I had water draining in my house from my mini split for 3 weeks. The friendly and knowledge service I got from the start with the office support from setting up my appt and then with Collin I signed up for the maintenance plan.
Josh was the lead technician for our install. The installation of the new unit was meticulous and he made sure no detail was missed. Additionally, he and his team did not leave until everything was running perfectly.

I called this morning due to my A/C not working. This was my first time using Total Air. My technician Eric was very professional, he did an awesome job. I ended up signing up for their maintenance program because of how professional and efficient he was. I work from home so for a first time customer to call in the morning and have my issue resolved before 12 was huge for me. I highly recommend!

They were unable to come out on Sunday do to a manpower issue. They were out Monday at 8 AM and had it repaired within an hour. We have a service contract with Total Air and will continue to renew it as they provide great service.
I had a fantastic experience with the ac tech Collin. Someone else from Total Air was here 1.5 months ago for the same problem. Collin fixed the line clog promptly and at no charge!!
I’ve used total air for years now, never for total unit replacement but for minor fixes and tune ups. Though I’ve never had an issue with any of their technicians (they are all very well mannered and personable), today our tech Brian went above and beyond. He’s extremely well versed in his trade, swift and graceful with his repairs, and a great personality to boot. He’s still here as I type this, making sure my 13 year old unit is as efficient as it possibly can be. I’m writing this so whomever oversees their crew knows they have a total rockstar tech on their team. Today I learned quite a bit about my hvac unit and various ways I can maintain its cleanliness myself between services calls, thanks to Brian. I really don’t like to hover over anyone doing their job (especially in 92 degree heat in direct Florida sunlight) but he was more than happy to open the unit and explain the function of its inner workings so I can better understand why minor issues may happen, and what can be done to prevent damage.I will be requesting Brian going forward with my semi-annual tuneups and repairs if there’s any issues, he quite literally is the best.Thank you Brian, and all at total air for making us comfortable at home.
Total Air had someone to our home within 35 minutes. Since it was 94 degrees outside, this quick response time has earned them our thanks! Also, Dakoda, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional and worked with us to understand why the system, only 8 months old, had quit working. We will be using Total Air for all of our HVAC needs from now on.

He repaired my AC unit which had stopped working altogether and he also went ahead and took care of my PM earlier than the soonest appointment I could get for it. I needed a repair on a rush basis because the sale of my house was scheduled to close. The people at Total Air were wonderfully responsive and fit in my repair on time, even though it was very short notice. They were always a delight to work with as well.

These folks are great! Dakoda came today and did an excellent job. Discussed what issues there could be, assessed the situation, got our A/C working again and even told me that I need to consider replacing this old system. I have met 3 technicians from Total Air and recommended them 100%.

Last Monday, I had Dakoda come to my home to perform 6 month maintenance visit. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He's very thorough during the inspection and did a great job explaining tips to extend the life of my a/c. He didn't try to upsell, but I will have him return in 6 months to install the uv lights.
