Been having Total Air service our air conditioner HVAC unit for the past couple of years. However we decided to go with a multi head unit because the unit we had was at one end of our place and, although it was a large unit, it did not cool the other end. Casey and his crew arrived promptly in the morning, removed our old unit, and installed two new ones, one at each end of our place now we have complete air conditioning and heating for the whole home. They are totally professional, courteous, and take all the time needed to explain everything to you. Total Air is always on time, their employees know their stuff, and we highly recommend them. Thank you Casey, and your crew Isaiah and Jamie.

11/21/23 - Had two young men (Casey K and Isaiah) come out yesterday and today, to remove and install new duct. Two of the most professional and courteous young men I've come across in a while. I don't know where Total Air recruits and hire from, but they have an exceptional team of service pros/technicians. Casey explained what were doing every step of the way and cleaned up behind their work. Great communication and outstanding work. The comfort advisor, Jeff, and the supervisor (I forgot his name), were also wonderful. Thank you!!11/17/22 - Casey S came out today. He was such a nice guy. So knowledgeable and personable. He sent me pics of my unit and tests he performed as well as recommendations for my unit. Another wonderful experience with this company. Would recommend Total Air for any of your HVAC needs.-----------Very friendly and professional customer service and technicians. Also very responsive to emails and calls. I am always notified with reminders of upcoming appointments either by phone or text and know when the technician is on the way or close by. A huge plus for me is that they called me timely to schedule my semi-annual maintenance on my prepaid plan.

Total Air was a complete game changer from other AC Companies I have used in the past. From the first initial phone call I made to the office the receptionist was super sweet and attentive, and got me in the very next day. Austin, the service tech took his time to explain everything to me and made sure he addressed all of my concerns with my AC. He went above and beyond, and I truly cannot thank him enough as I have an immune compromised child. I would recommend Total Air to anyone and I did. My parents ended up using them. The very next day and installing to UV lights on their systems as well. Thank you again to Total Air and Austin for changing my AC experience I look forward to having you all out again.

We just had the first of our two tuneups on our AC system as part of Total Air’s Annual Service Membership which is a great deal. But great deals rely on the service provided by the technician who arrives at your home. Arionna Lunceford has now been our tech twice and she’s excellent. I’ve told Total Air she’s a “keeper” and deserves recognition for her service and excellent communication skills.

I had all excellent workers from Total Air to remove and replace original ductwork from my 60s house. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up spotlessly after a difficult and filthy job of removal. Casey and Iisaiah did the job only taking a short lunch break. The highest work ethic to attain my 100% satisfaction. Highly recommend.

We had our entire ducts re done/replaced throughout the whole house, and relocated a few vents.Casey had such professionalism while running the show. Gave very helpful recommendations & respectfully scares his opinions. This was our first time repairing ac vents, and we had a few vents in less desired areas Casey pointed out for us! He walked us through everything & was very thorough. Our roof was awful to climb through mind you. But they didn’t complain once about the job. The whole team did a great job.

First inspection (Thurs am) showed coils were iced up and no further diagnosis was done. Shut down the system and came back next day to repair. Different tech came, spotted burned out motor immediately (Fri pm). Now we had to wait until Monday to replace the motor. Not happy with these delays!

I have used this company a few times and every time I am reminded why. They've always been able to fit me in day-of, their prices aren't ridiculous, and they figure out what the issue is and give me options that are realistic. I never feel like I'm getting "taken for a ride" and there's been times where they worked with me to save me money, even when it meant less money for them. I will continue to use and suggest Total Air wherever I can, good people!

Austin arrived on time and was very professional in manner, conversation and expertise to see why our heat pump was no longer working. He quickly discovered our problem with the AC, leaking evaporative coil, and he soon had a estimate to correct the problem.Later, the repair work was completed by Nathan and Austin. It involved removing the leaking coil and installing the replacement, putting in new Freon, and testing the system. It was a 4 hour job; they cleaned up afterwards where I couldn't tell they had been here. They even answered my multitude of questions about what they were doing and why easily and completely.It has always been a pleasure to work with Total Air employees over the years.
