Austin arrived on time and was very professional in manner, conversation and expertise to see why our heat pump was no longer working. He quickly discovered our problem with the AC, leaking evaporative coil, and he soon had a estimate to correct the problem.Later, the repair work was completed by Nathan and Austin. It involved removing the leaking coil and installing the replacement, putting in new Freon, and testing the system. It was a 4 hour job; they cleaned up afterwards where I couldn't tell they had been here. They even answered my multitude of questions about what they were doing and why easily and completely.It has always been a pleasure to work with Total Air employees over the years.

The technician was professional and courteous. He explained everything he did in language that I could clearly understand. There was no attempt to sell me add-ons like the previous company. Would highly recommend this company.
After 3 days of humid room temp air blowing from my vents and another company that came out, didn't fix it and then didn't return calls, I am very pleased with the service I received. In less than 5 minutes he identified the issue. In less that an hour I had cold crisp air flowing. The tech took time to show me the issues, even lock up the garage before leaving. Nothing but professional and knowledgeable service.
Just recently had a mini split system installed in our home. Needless to say, so far it has been one of the smartest home improvements made. We had central air that was not enough to handle even our smaller home. Cory from Total Air came out promptly to look at our needs and recommend a new Mitsubishi system and we were in total agreement. Installment day came and we could not have been happier with our Technicians Casey and Isaiah! These 2 young men went above and beyond our expectations!! What a great asset to this company for sure!! Jess showed up within 2 hours of calling and diagnosed the problem of a broken blower fan controller. She was able to find one and have it replaced within an hour. She also took care of the warranty for the part and only charged the labor. She provided an opportunity for a reasonably priced maintenance plan which I am happy to pay for.
I called with a repeat problem from a previous company, and Carlee was SO helpful on the phone. She sent Jeff the same day. Professional, helpful, and thorough, (and also a certified electrician!) he identified the problem immediately. The next day after getting it working I smelled something and they again sent someone out immediately. Nathan was equally thorough and professional. This company went above and beyond and have earned my loyalty! Such an incredibly different experience from every other AC company I have worked with! Thank you Total Air!
We chose Total Air for our new AC after considerable research and couldnt be happier. Corey, Casey, and Isaiah took the time to answer all of our questions and just did an amazing job planning and installing a new system including the removal of a monstrous old AH unit mounted in our ceiling. I cannot recommend this company more strongly.
Marvin was very friendly helpful and knowledge. My 2020 HVAC unit has had a reoccurring problem of the AC turning off over the last year and a half to two years (roughly 4-5 service calls were made due to my AC not working). It was 89 degrees in my home yesterday during these hot Florida summer months.Marvin was able to find a long term solution to prevent this from happening along with a year warranty that if my AC turns off again I am able to have my pipes drained out free of charge. He did not just put a bandaid over the problem.. he found a long term fix which has not been done by previous technicians on the other 4-5 service calls.If I have any future AC needs I will definitely be asking for Marvin! Thank you again.

These guys are amazing - Casey and Isaiah were great. Update: had them come back and do a much larger project. They did a fantastic job just like before. 2nd update: Nathan came out and fixed an issue with the line losing coolant. He did an amazing job!
Polite. Early. Awesome. Total air needs to give Sun-brellas to their workers. Hot day. Bad news all around for me. 11 yr old.. blah blah.. new something.. so there it is. Nice people. Like at a funeral but for my A/C. I do Recommend them.

Arionna was awesome! Did a great job. Explained some of the recommendations and what/why they might be needed. Not pushy. Took pictures and videos of before and after maintenance. Hope we have her again at our next scheduled maintenance.
Total Air has been a wonderful service provider for us. We switched from another company in the area that constantly called about stuff we didn't need, had already received or expressly said we didn't want to talk about anymore. Total Air actually provides more service than our past provider (i.e. we pay more as well) but they demonstrated and we see the value of these services. A total class act!
Jake was very transparent and professional with his knowledge and explanation of the unit. Answered all questions appropriately and gave us reassurance about our system. Total Air and all of its employees seemingly go above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone in the area for their heating and cooling needs.

Casey and his team are very professional. They worked together like friends, I could hear them talking and laughing together, but not slack in their work. They were respectful and did not have foul language a big plus in today's world! Another amazing thing is Casey waited 45 mins or more for me to get off work to go through every part of the job and answer any questions.
Nathan was great; on time and added some coolant to my AC unit. Gave me good recommendations and was super personable. No unreasonable upsells or anything of that nature. Def recommend for the $80 inspection..
