Brian, our Total Air technician, did an excellent job today of checking out a leaking AC system at one of our tenant's s homes. He was very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very clear about what needs to be done. We are very pleased with his professional and polite manner, and we're looking forward to calling on him and Total Air again when needed.

Everyone from the ladies in the office to the managers are 100% experts. The crew that worked in hour home AC did and excellent job. They completed the whole job around 2000 hrs. They explained everything. Due to an electrical problem they couldn’t complete the job, but they are going to put me in touch with an electrician they normally use for this kind of problem. I would recommend Total Air for any AC needs

My AC went out. Total air responded promptly. I’ve them many times in the past. 5 years ago they replace my old AC unit, and I’ve used them for my semi annual service ever since. Technicians are very professional. Overall a great company!

Up date:I had a Nest installed by Casey along with Dennis and Anthony and they were absolutely amazing. It was a tricky install, and they worked hard all day and got it done correctly! Highly recommended!Excellent service! Every tech I worked with has been fantastic but recently Collin Eckfeld come out to help after the hurricane. He had been working all day, it was late afternoon and had three calls after me, but was still nice and pleasant took the time to explain everything to me. He got my unit running quickly but still went over everything else to ensure he didn’t miss anything. I was very appreciative, especially after going through something like Helene. Thank you Collin! Thank you total air!

Exceptional service from the first phone call (Lori) to the end! When you call a place and they treat you like a person and not a sale is big for me! Casey Spangler arrived for semi-annual maintenance with a very professional manner. He also earned my respect for being very safety conscious by acknowledging the dangerous roof access and finding a safer way to access the roof portion of my unit. I appreciate his can do attitude and professionalism which reflects greatly on Total Air Inc.

Sha'nya B. was totally professional and knew what she was doing. Found the problem. Upon further conversation, she checked for other things related to temperature (the orig. call was for not working at all). And was able to determine the full problem that will need to be/can be/ addressed at a later time. (WE are cool now). Really appreciated her hard work and attention to details. We had our member A/C check up today. The techs, Jake and Collin were professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They did a thorough job checking the complete A/C system. I would highly recommend Total Air for all your A/C needs.

Wade came out to assess our A/C unit. The air conditioning filter dryer has rusted through and leaked out all the refrigerant. Wade not only assessed the situation quickly and expertly, he also recommended moving the filter inside out of the elements. He replaced the unit, added the refrigerant, tested everything and even showed me how to use my smart thermostat AND called to get us a discount as well! Very personable, polite, efficient and explained everything so well. He got us added to their maintenance plan for a a reasonable price! HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Total Air have serviced our existing AC very professionally since we moved into this brand new house 5 years ago. Always great efficient service. Also installed a mini split on ground floorVery professional, very tidy and very quality conscientious. Highly recommended.All their technicians do a fine job. Want caring and outstanding fair priced excellent service call Total Air . Called Total Air the morning Hurricane Helene was to make landfall. Carl was dispatched and within 2 hours the A/C was running. Carl with his exceptional HAVC knowledge and his ability to communicate and quickly repair was appreciated. This was the 5th house I have bought and had to replace the HVAC. This time, Total Air was the go to TEAM. They accessed the issue and quickly addressed what could be done as a temporary fix until the unit needed was installed. I really appreciate everyone who were involved in this adventure. Yesterday, I called Total Air, Inc., for service. After speaking with Lori service was scheduled for next day (today). This morning, Eric called letting me know he was on the way. Eric is patient, kind, and knowledgeable in HVAC. Let me add, he did not talk big; he explained everything with knowledge and the ability of the non AC lay person to understand. Needless to say he put his expertise to use and completed the needed repairs. I will definitely save Total Air contact and request Eric for any future HVAC service or repairs.one other shout out, as a home owner we get nervous when calling for service, not know what it will cost. I’ll add the fees for the repairs were very respectable/reasonable.

They were unable to come out on Sunday do to a manpower issue. They were out Monday at 8 AM and had it repaired within an hour. We have a service contract with Total Air and will continue to renew it as they provide great service.

Once again a professional response and great technician, The technician was focused, thorough and informative. My only concern with Total Air is their mark up on added components, although I do recognize a labor and time cost. Components today marked up 500%. Why for Petes sake!

I would like to say Thank you for coming out the next day of me calling for an appt.8/28/24. I had another appt with another local company and they canceled on my twice ! So glad I called Total Air.!! Collin came out to my house and was very professional and got the drain problem fixed as I had water draining in my house from my mini split for 3 weeks. The friendly and knowledge service I got from the start with the office support from setting up my appt and then with Collin I signed up for the maintenance plan.

I called this morning due to my A/C not working. This was my first time using Total Air. My technician Eric was very professional, he did an awesome job. I ended up signing up for their maintenance program because of how professional and efficient he was. I work from home so for a first time customer to call in the morning and have my issue resolved before 12 was huge for me. I highly recommend!

I’ve used total air for years now, never for total unit replacement but for minor fixes and tune ups. Though I’ve never had an issue with any of their technicians (they are all very well mannered and personable), today our tech Brian went above and beyond. He’s extremely well versed in his trade, swift and graceful with his repairs, and a great personality to boot. He’s still here as I type this, making sure my 13 year old unit is as efficient as it possibly can be. I’m writing this so whomever oversees their crew knows they have a total rockstar tech on their team. Today I learned quite a bit about my hvac unit and various ways I can maintain its cleanliness myself between services calls, thanks to Brian. I really don’t like to hover over anyone doing their job (especially in 92 degree heat in direct Florida sunlight) but he was more than happy to open the unit and explain the function of its inner workings so I can better understand why minor issues may happen, and what can be done to prevent damage.I will be requesting Brian going forward with my semi-annual tuneups and repairs if there’s any issues, he quite literally is the best.Thank you Brian, and all at total air for making us comfortable at home.

Total Air had someone to our home within 35 minutes. Since it was 94 degrees outside, this quick response time has earned them our thanks! Also, Dakoda, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional and worked with us to understand why the system, only 8 months old, had quit working. We will be using Total Air for all of our HVAC needs from now on.
