Nathan was amazing. He was thorough and explained everything he did and included lots of photos. Was courteous and professional. Wish I had an HVAC servicer like him in Texas! He will do well in this field.

Service Tech was great, Last company used last 4 years was done in minutes compared to Austin. Had debated UV light system since install just never bothered and last service company was here and gone never bothered to inquire. Austin had taken pictures and explained the advantage and his personal recommendations concerning best unit for the cost. Of course we wanted it was in the truck and installed at same time. Actually the membership cost was more than recovered with unit discount.

Lost my AC unit last week, called around to get quotes and Total Air responded ASAP. Professional, showed up the next morning with an entire crew, worked hard to get it all installed and hooked up by end of day, cleaned up after the install...communication was outstanding as was the techs who were here. Very professional and friendly AC technician evaluated my AC system and diagnosed the problem accurately. He gave me estimates for the work that needed to be done as well as the timeframes.
Jeff was very knowledgeable, and clear in his explanations about the work he was doing and why. He was respectful of the home and wore protective boot covers, which was appreciated. He arrived within the expected window of time. As new customers we were offered a maintenance plan that met our needs, nothing over the top and a no pressure sale. He explained a few things that we did not know about our a/c system. He took photos of some rodent damage in the attic, so we could get that attended to quickly. Overall a fantastic experience.
Ariana did our initial inspection and was extremely friendly and easy to work with. We needed a new unit so a few days later they sent Josh and Isaiah who were prompt and efficient in re-installing a new unit on our property. Arionna was awesome! Did a great job. Explained some of the recommendations and what/why they might be needed. Not pushy. Took pictures and videos of before and after maintenance. Hope we have her again at our next scheduled maintenance.
Jon was was on time, installed the equipment we requested. He cleaned up after he was done, reviewed the work completed and explained operation and how to change the filter. Left sufficient filters for the year paid exactly fee as quoted. Very satisfied with Jon and Total Air, Inc.

We are new customers to Total Air. Every step of the process was very easy and smooth. I called the office and the phone was answered directly with no phone tree to maneuver through and no time spent on hold. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and did a great job explaining the maintenance package. I signed up for the program and she was able to book an appointment less than a week in advance. I received a reminder email and a reminder text the day before. I also received a text when the technician was on his way. Our technician was Nathan Rambally. He was on time. Nathan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything along the way with great detail. Nathan did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. We also enjoyed chatting with him. Jeff saved my whole year! Had an issue with a ductless mini split and he went step by step through the issue, explained everything, and had the problem fixed within minutes.I couldn't appreciate Jeff and Total Air enough, and when it's time to replace my AC they will be the first place I go to.

Josh Whiteside and Isaiah were amazing. They installed the unit and would not leave until everything was working perfectly. They also cleaned up all the packing and debris before they left. I had the best expirence with this company! I went through a few before I could find one that could get it right and wasted hundreds of dallors repairs that didn't work. They were able to repair my AC under warranty for the best possible price I could find. They were responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. It is a blessing that now we will have air for Christmas. I loved the tech, she went our of her way to inform me that I have another heat setting I can use for the bad weather comming. Additionally, she was kind to my kid and animals ❤ who were very interested in her. Happy to finally have a dependable and honest company for home air needs. We will be a forever customer.
