Service Tech was great, Last company used last 4 years was done in minutes compared to Austin. Had debated UV light system since install just never bothered and last service company was here and gone never bothered to inquire. Austin had taken pictures and explained the advantage and his personal recommendations concerning best unit for the cost. Of course we wanted it was in the truck and installed at same time. Actually the membership cost was more than recovered with unit discount.

Lost my AC unit last week, called around to get quotes and Total Air responded ASAP. Jeff was very knowledgeable, and clear in his explanations about the work he was doing and why. He was respectful of the home and wore protective boot covers, which was appreciated. He explained a few things that we did not know about our a/c system. He took photos of some rodent damage in the attic, so we could get that attended to quickly. Overall a fantastic experience.

I called the office and the phone was answered directly with no phone tree to maneuver through and no time spent on hold. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and did a great job explaining the maintenance package. I signed up for the program and she was able to book an appointment less than a week in advance. I received a reminder email and a reminder text the day before. I had the best expirence with this company! I went through a few before I could find one that could get it right and wasted hundreds of dallors repairs that didn't work. They were able to repair my AC under warranty for the best possible price I could find. They were responsive and communicative throughout the whole process. It is a blessing that now we will have air for Christmas. I loved the tech, she went our of her way to inform me that I have another heat setting I can use for the bad weather comming.
