I had issues with my duct work and insulation. Vincent and Anthony did a perfect job fixing the problems. They answered all my questions and were very professional. This company is by far the best that I have worked with.
The staff at Total Air has been great to work with. Our HVAC system needed to be replaced so we started getting quotes for the replacement. This company was our 6th quote. Chris came to our house. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I could tell he was interested in making sure we had the right system and not just selling something to us. He worked around our budget and we scheduled the replacement.Anthony and Vincent arrived on time to do the installation. They both were very professional. Cleaned up the area they worked in. They made sure I understood what was being replaced and the process. I could not have asked for a better experience. A new HVAC system is a big investment so I’m glad this all worked out well.
I had a great experience with Dan who was friendly, thorough and professional. He took his time to listen to my concerns and diagnosed my problem. I'll be happy to use Total Air again.
We have used total air for about a year now. Excellent service and easy to work with. Had Caleb out last Monday for maintenance and cleaning and recommended a new unit as ours was on its last leg. Had Chris the comfort guy out that weekend and worked with us to get the best deal possible. Tuesday this week Anthony and Vincent showed up early for install! Cheri, Renee and anyone I’ve talked to on the phone are amazing! Can’t say enough great things about this company! Would give more stars if possible!
Total Air and my tech Alvaro in particular did an incredible job in fixing my out of commission AC. They had me back in running in no time and Alvaro was kind and knowledgable.
Dan E. and Nick were absolutely outstanding. Best customer service I've had from any type of service in years. Had an issue with my mini split unit dumping condensate. Dan came out and found out it was a bad in-line condensate pump. Dan and Nick got a new part installed the same day, however at no fault to them the brand new part they installed was broken. They went above and beyond to get another pump expedited and installed it first thing the next day. They tested my system several times with no issues to confirm everything was working as it should.
My unit was originally installed by another co. with the same brand of air conditioner and it turned out to be a three month nightmare. Someone suggested this co. & I have been with them ever since. The tech today, Alvaro was excellent, patient, & answered all my questions. The office staff is wonderful. Great company!!
Dan E was out for maintenance and stayed a lot longer to educate me. On the process of what he was doing and how my actual air conditioning system works he use the hose he had on the truck and sprayed on my condenser coil I saw the dirt coming out of it he educated me on the filters that I've been using and let me know that they're good he educated me on indoor air quality and I've been having some issues with Pauline and dust in my house and he introduced me to a new kit and installed it and I feel like I was taking care of today and informed of all the parts and processes that he was doing so I could understand it in layman terms thank you total air and Dan
I had a service call for a semi-annual checkup. Dan Eaton was knowledgeable, personable and understanding of the situation with my AC unit. He understood my specific issue and explained exactly what it was in layman’s terms. Much appreciated!! Definitely a good reflection on this company!

The woman scheduling the appt. on the phone was very nice, helpful and respectful. I was able to get same day service, nice surprise. The tech, Nicholas McGrath, who worked on the unit was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed within a reasonable amount of time. This was the second time within two months that Total Air worked on my A/C, different issues, so far they've been a great all around company to rely on.

4 years ago, I gave 5 stars and no details. It’s 2025 and this company…A M A Z I N G! I’m not sure how I found Total Air, but I thank GOD I did. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and they’ve never missed, but this time? They outdid themselves. First, Pat (aka “Hannibal”) came to deliver some bad news, but instead of tears of anguish, he left me with tears of joy. Cool, calm, professional, and clearly the kind of leader that inspires excellence in his team. Now enter the MVPs: Vincent and Anthony (aka “Peck” and “Baracus”). These two built me a brand-new, state-of-the-art AC system like it was NASA-level engineering. What I had before was barely legal. What they gave me? A unit so clean and sealed, it looked like a gift straight from heaven. My house went from 95 degrees to 75 in 5 hours. I plan to sleep for the first time in a month and yes, I will pray blessings over them as I pass out in pure comfort. Extra love to Lori and the front office crew who took my panicked calls with grace and patience (bless y’all!). Oh and Nordyne? Their customer service belongs in the fiery pit of somewhere I don’t plan to visit. But Total Air? You have a customer for life, just call be “sis”. If you’re sweating and losing faith call Total Air. They’ll restore your comfort and your sanity.
Total Air helped me tremendously. My unit compressor blew up, was smoking, and thankfully did not catch on fire. They had a technician out within a few hours, had the parts needed for repair, and had my unit running again in 24 hours. They also installed a surge protector and other parts needed to keep my unit running effectively. I highly recommend!
Friday morning and exactly on time Total Air was at my door. Even though it was a long day the guys were tremendous. I have a small condo and they had to replace the unit on my third story roof. It went flawlessly. Hats off to them.

We had some ductwork that needed to be replaced. One of our rooms wasn’t getting AC. Our technician Alvaro Hernandez was incredible. He was very professional, polite and did an amazing job. The latch that holds our big at door open was broken. He was completely understanding. I greatly appreciated How efficiently and quickly he worked. I have used a lot of AC companies over the years total Air has been by far the best of customer service and being upfront and honest and having very professional technicians Like Alvaro Hernandez.

Total Air called and scheduled my maintenance according to my plan, I like this proactive approach. Adrian a great and very personable tech arrived and serviced all of my units calling me to look at several areas so that I could be aware of certain potential events. He noted my UV light in the main system was very diminished and should be replaced.I asked them to replace but have to admit sticker shock at the cost. I do not believe that they would have to cost that much, I will check.I had a Total Air gift card which the tech did not know how to apply and a call to Lisa at customer service happily and easily took care of it, Thank you Lisa!I have used Total Air for many years and find them knowledgeable and able to solve any issues that I have. Again mind only concern is their cost mark up on accessory parts.
I called for a tune-up for two units and they exceeded any expectation I had. Klajdi Cuberi was my tech and he was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Definitely ask for Klajdi if you appreciate the technical details and professional recommendations on maintaining your HVAC systems.
