Our experience with Casey, Max, and Anthony installing our mini-split system can only be characterized accurately as one that excelled in customer satisfaction. Casey led his team throughout working efficiently with Anthony and Max to complete the installation. Ann and I were kept informed at all times with the status of the installation; and we were provided with an overview of the system and its operation. As someone who retired from a management career, I’m familiar with those who make a commitment to do their job correctly. Total-Air should be proud to have such exceptional talent on their staff.
Casey did and team did an incredible job on the install. He made sure everything was done diligently, was very communicative, friendly and ensured I was happy with everything. Would highly recommend total air for a new HVAC install.
May 2024 update:I had Casey, Anthony, and Max over to install a new Ruud system. Total Air should call them their Total Pros, as that is an apt description. They took great care to do a careful and complete install. It went quite well, and I am pleased with the results so far. I would definitely recommend them for an install. Very professional the whole time. Thanks guys!!Old review from 9/2022: I had Austin Hickman this time for a regular maintenance visit. He did a great job. Quite friendly and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with total air still!
The company was very quick to respond when I had problems and the technicians worked very hard to get everything up and running again. Special thanks to Warren, Marcus and Marvin who worked until late Friday to get things working.
I called in the morning and they had a technician out in the late afternoon. Very professional and even sent a picture of the technician so we would be comfortable. Good prices and glad I chose Total Air Care!

Just when it started steaming up in Florida, my AC unit blew its last stream of cool air before dying. I called Total Air who's been servicing my unit for over a year and they had a tech out the very next morning. After speaking with the tech and the ladies in the office, I decided to have the unit replaced instead of dropping money into a 19 year old unit. That very same evening, Total Air sent out an amazing Comfort Specialist, Chris, to evaluate my home and advise on the perfect size unit for my home.Chris worked with me to find the best unit in my budget and scheduled the new installation 2 days later!! From the time a tech came out, to my unit being installed was 3 days. I can't say enough about Total Air, my Comfort Specialist Chris and my installer, Casey. 5 stars all the way around. I'd recommend this crew anytime.
OUTSTANDING service!!! Dakota from Total Air was exceptional. He took time to fully explore what was going on with my system. He explained what he found and how to fix it. Dakota took extra time to check the entire system to ensure there are no other issues that could cause my air to stop working. I can’t recommend Total Air enough and especially Dakota!! Also a shout out to their office staff Lori who is always pleasant and prompt!
Marcus came out and diagnosed a bad compressor on the AC. He created a temporary fix while the parts were on order. Great communication! The AC is now working great! Thank you Marcus!

I had to make two calls and both of the girls that I spoke with were amazingly friendly and helpful. They got out here quick, their technician Tony was awesome as well. I'm sold on these people and I bought their yearly contract. I'm cool as a cucumber and I cannot recommend total air enough

Called Total air in a panic as our AC went out the prior evening and we were toasty! Pregnant and home with a toddler, I was worried we were in big trouble! Lori was great from the second she answered the phone and marked our appointment as “urgent” which of course made me feel better right away. Arionna showed up a few short hours later and was thorough and kind. Our concern could not be fixed immediately. Lori (and the rest of the team) went ABOVE and BEYOND to squeeze us back in before the weekend. Lori, if you’re reading this, THANK YOU!! I could’ve cried!! We’re looking forward to the final repairs. Customer Service like this is priceless and hard to find. I appreciate the way our needs were handled with such care and we will be customers for life after this.
From the sales experience through the installation, each person I interacted with was honest and kind and made sure that I understood each part of the process. I signed up for the monthly membership and feel good about having routine inspections on the new unit to ensure that I get the most out of it for its lifetime, especially in these Florida summers.
I called when my a/c wasn't blowing cold air, and got an appt on the same day. I wasn't home when the technician arrived, so I appreciated the fact they would come out even if I couldn't be there. The communication was crystal clear, and they utilize all of the courtesies to ensure seamless professional customer service. I felt respected, informed and fairly treated by my technician. I'm so happy that I only needed an inexpensive repair and didn't have a failing unit. I've now signed up for the annual maintenance plan to keep better on top of my servicing needs. So very glad I decided to call them for my a/c problem.
I'm so grateful they were able to come out the same day for a second opinion. I've switched over to Total Air because they took the time to troubleshoot, educate me and find the solution quickly. I'm also confident they are are more affordable and trustworthy than the previous company I'd had for years.

Called this morning with issues with my air conditioning unit was out of town had a technician here shortly after I arrived home diagnosed and fixed unit quickly and explained their maintenance agreement and I am very pleased with the service today
Great service as always. First scheduling my maintenance as always great- communication is excellent. Even when they need to change an appointment due to emergencies. Tony was great, so professional and polite. He provided all the information for me to finalize my decision to install a UV light. He even took my competitor’s estimate and called the company and requested a further discount. I am super happy with Total Air, their service, communication, and all employees provide stellar service.

We needed a company to replace our original 1960's ductwork and we were referred to Total Air by another local hvac company that we trust.It was a big job and the experience went better than we could have imagined. We had the pleasure of working with Casey and Dennis and throughout the entire 4-day project, we felt like we were in good hands.
