Total Air called and scheduled my maintenance according to my plan, I like this proactive approach. Adrian a great and very personable tech arrived and serviced all of my units calling me to look at several areas so that I could be aware of certain potential events. He noted my UV light in the main system was very diminished and should be replaced.I asked them to replace but have to admit sticker shock at the cost. I do not believe that they would have to cost that much, I will check.I had a Total Air gift card which the tech did not know how to apply and a call to Lisa at customer service happily and easily took care of it, Thank you Lisa!I have used Total Air for many years and find them knowledgeable and able to solve any issues that I have. Again mind only concern is their cost mark up on accessory parts.
I called for a tune-up for two units and they exceeded any expectation I had. Klajdi Cuberi was my tech and he was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. Definitely ask for Klajdi if you appreciate the technical details and professional recommendations on maintaining your HVAC systems.

The woman scheduling the appt. on the phone was very nice and respectful. Schedule the appt. within two days and came a day early. The tech who worked on the unit was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed within two hours. Unfortunately my evaporator blower fan was a variable speed and was quite expensive.
Called this morning with issues with my air conditioning unit was out of town had a technician here shortly after I arrived home diagnosed and fixed unit quickly and explained their maintenance agreement and I am very pleased with the service today tech Alvaro Hernandez was great

Marcus Ford was the technician who came out today to service my AC that has been having issues. From now on, I will be asking for him by name when I have problems with my AC and need a technician to come out. He was very very helpful and explained things to me in terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend Marcus Ford when you need help with your air conditioner! He even went as far as to call the manufacturer of my unit to make sure that he was getting the exact results he should and so that they could tell him exactly what to look at or look for. OUTSTANDING service for a mini split system install! My original Mitsubishi mini split gave out after 22 years!!! Total air handles maintenance and repairs for both my mini split and main AC. The quality install I received today was top notch. Casey, Dennis and Anthony worked together to ensure that my install went flawlessly and with the highest quality. These men were respectful, very approachable when I had questions, cleaned everything up before they left and made sure I knew how to work the system and understood everything about the new unit. I appreciate workers who take their time with the customer and leave my home how they found it. I truly recommend Total Air for all AC & Heating needs.

Took out their Senior plan which gives you 2 maintainence checks per year and reduced rate per service call. The office person Tabithia is very nice to deal with. The service tech who did my first matainence check showed me build up of dirt in blower fan and coils. He recommended the cleaning service for over $600 which I felt was high just for a cleaning. Going to put that off for now.
Brian, from Total Air, was an amazing find. He did the work in a very short period of time and rather than trying to push unnecessary product my way, managed to work with what he had in front of him and solved the problem. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Brian. A winning combination in my book. As our air conditioner begins to age in our residence, we will be reaching out again to Total Air and asking specifically for Brian to work with us as we make the decision on how and when to replace.
