My A/C quit working late on a Sunday night. Monday morning I called and within three hours a technician had come out, assessed the problem, contacted the manufacturer to see if the part was under warranty, ordered the part, had it delivered, installed, and the A/C up and running. Now that's what I call fast service! Marcos explained everything and took time to make sure I understood at each step. Thank you for your wonderful service. P.S. This was my first time using this company and I am so glad that I did. I will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend them.

Outstanding service in every aspect. Ryan did the inspection of the old/unfixable system, explained the install process, and provided quotes on two systems (a high end Amana system and a midrange Rudd system). His initial price quote on the Rudd system that we decided on was very reasonable (and it was $2500 less than the quote on the exact same system provided by another HVACC provider initially, who then called me the next day and offered a special discount of $2000 if we signed the contract that day; which was still more than Ryan's initial quote). The install team of Vincent and Anthony arrived on time, were friendly, kept us up to date on their progress throughout the day, and went over the system and the controls once it was up and running. Highly recommend Total Air Inc!

Good morning!My family has been with Total Air for quite some time. They are an all around professional group of individuals. And very knowledgeable.Yesterday we had Stuart out for our regular 6 month service. Our system is getting up in age. We have not had any immd concerns. However, when the system was opened Stuart took his time to have me come so he could show and teach me what is happening with the system. Unfortunately we have a slight leak and lots of rusting around our coils. Something the average person does not think about. So with that visual/verbal knowledge we can make a plan to take the necessary steps to ensure us and all our fur babies never go without air conditioning/heat.Stuart, Thank you sir for your knowledge and professionalism. We look forward to being with Total Air for many years to come. Because of great people like you within an organization.And a big thank you to the office staff for always being so helpful and courtesy. You gals do an awesome job! Thank you.

Friday morning and exactly on time Total Air was at my door. Even though it was a long day the guys were tremendous. I have a small condo and they had to replace the unit on my third story roof. It went flawlessly. Hats off to them.

We recently had our new AMANA slim system installed by Team Anthony and Vince, and their work deserves a highly positive review. From the moment they arrived, their dedication and professionalism were clear. They worked incredibly hard and efficiently, despite facing some of the hottest weather of the year (mid-August in FL).Beyond their technical skills, we were particularly impressed by their respect for our home. They practiced excellent housekeeping, keeping the workspace tidy and cleaning up thoroughly when the job was done. The technician Daniel Eaton was extremely professional. Came in took the time to listen to my issues and then explained his process for testing and correcting the problem. After everything was done he discussed future maintenance as well as options to start thinking about when the time comes. On top of the service the pricong was fair. Highly recommend.

He was thorough, honest, provided me with a wealth of information on my system and what I can do to optimize its efficiency. 100% recommendations asking for him if your system needs service!

Nicholas did a fantastic job when he came out and serviced our AC!Then once our AC gave out, Nick was an excellent salesman who helped us every step of the way! Dan did a great job, he showed me the issue in the unit and explained the issue to me in layman’s terms, and fixed the problem quickly. He was nice to my dog, always a plus. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed to buy services I couldn’t afford (I’m a single woman and at this point am used to getting ripped off by mechanics etc) and I can’t say that about the last company I dealt with. I will definitely go with Total Air again. Also props to the front office lady I think her name was Sheri? Got me scheduled quickly and she was a pleasure to speak with.

Excellent company!Josh and his crew were able to install our new air handler and condenser all in one day. Excellent workmanship! They showed up on time, got the work done efficiently, and were careful about protecting other areas of our property. Everybody at Total Air was friendly and easy to deal with.Update: Four months in, my new Ruud condenser started making noise. TotalAir was there the next day. Dan quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part.Klajdi installed the new fan motor and all appears good.

Wow, we have a state of the art Direct Current versus Alternate Current system. Quiet and efficient. Vincent and Anthony were true professionals from start to finish, and in the heat not just inside but outdoors! Great professionals and great workers. Anthony brought along landscaping rock to surround the smaller system. Above and beyond from both of them!

Casey and William did an excellent job. The two endured the hot and cramped conditions in the attic but efficiently made the repairs. They arrived early, got in a groove, and completed the job within the day, which was good because I worked from home. They were very clean and professional, too, during their entire time on the job.I am very thankful to the entire team at Total Air for their help in ensuring that my appointment was scheduled and that all the necessary supplies were ordered for them.

I’ve been with this AC company for years and they never disappoint. From the quick and accurate diagnosis, to the estimator who made everything easy to understand and took the time to answer my questions, to the friendly and helpful ladies in the office—everything ran smoothly. Total Air has Been OUTSTANDING. They have helped us with both a normal AC unit as well as a Mini Split. They are so friendly, helpful and most important QUICK TO HELP... Daniel Eaton was absolutely great and very polite. I was pleased with his opinion and how he explained the issue could have been. We were having a thunder, lightning and a downpour of rain. He said he could go up on the roof to see if anything was going on with the unit but I told him no I couldn’t allow him to be up there with the lighting. Thank you Daniel!!!

I have been using Total Air for a few years now and they’ve done an incredible job installing and maintaining my unit. I had a concern about mold and mildew accumulation in the unit and they were quick and fair on pricing, within 2 hours I had a new UV and oxidizer, with duct work repair and coil cleaning. Alvaro Hernandez was excellent to work with and he was incredibly helpful.

I was impressed by everyone. Arionna responded quickly and she showed/explained exactly why our unit failed. We needed a new unit and Ryan came a few hours later and he covered all our options. Very low key and no pressure. The next morning Vincent and Anthony arrived to install a new unit. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. They cleared out the old units, indoor and out, and hauled them away. Anthony cleared out waist high weeds in the hot sun before he installed our new compressor. Vincent installed our air handler and surge protectors and they both made sure everything was perfect. Everything was cleaned up installed by around 4 P.M. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Highly recommend. They came out on a Saturday with super short notice. Called them at 9 and they had my A/C back up by noon. After explaining to them I had Newborn twins, they understood my urgency. The technician Arionna was excellent and informative. I signed up for the annual membership considering the 20% discount is a pretty good deal and finding a company that makes you feel like a priority is rare.Thanks again!

My 82-year-old mother returned to Florida last night and the AC was not working correctly. I called Total Air this morning and they pushed our appointment into an emergency need. This afternoon Dan Eaton with Total Air inspected and handled the issues with my AC unit. Since I own the condo, he had to call me for approval and to explain the issues. He is very professional and treated my mother wonderfully. Everyone hates when issues happen but working with the Total Air team made it simple and easy. Mom could not go without AC in Florida summer weather, so I am thankful that my need was taken seriously.
