Extremely prompt and timely in regards to all communications. The technicians, Casey, Anthony and 2 others spent 3 days in our house. Very courteous, respectful and repeatably mentioned how appreciative they were for our business. Highly recommend and will continue to call Total Air for any future HVAC needs.

Josh and Art were exceptional. They were kind and professional throughout the entire process. Even the helpers who came from another job were just the same. They did a great job replacing our crawl space duct work and installing our new package unit. They explained everything and cleaned up and put things back when they left. It’s hard to find professionals in any service business, Total Air has figured it out. Great Job! I’d totally recommend them for your AC needs.

Total Air sent Collin Eckfeld to my home to fix my heat. He figured out the problem quickly, answered all my questions and was very patient if I didn't quite understand. If I ever need anything done again I hope they send Collin.

Hello... Marcus came out to our home. Very nice, knowledgeable and he did a wonderful job getting our heat back on track. He wasted no time but was nice. He was sweet like my son, his smile was kind. Marcus Ford was the technician who came out today to service my AC that has been having issues. From now on, I will be asking for him by name when I have problems with my AC and need a technician to come out. He was very very helpful and explained things to me in terms that I could understand. I would highly recommend Marcus Ford when you need help with your air conditioner! He even went as far as to call the manufacturer of my unit to make sure that he was getting the exact results he should and so that they could tell him exactly what to look at or look for. Thank you Marcus!

OUTSTANDING service for a mini split system install! My original Mitsubishi mini split gave out after 22 years!!! Total air handles maintenance and repairs for both my mini split and main AC. The quality install I received today was top notch. Casey, Dennis and Anthony worked together to ensure that my install went flawlessly and with the highest quality. These men were respectful, very approachable when I had questions, cleaned everything up before they left and made sure I knew how to work the system and understood everything about the new unit. I appreciate workers who take their time with the customer and leave my home how they found it. I truly recommend Total Air for all AC & Heating needs.

Total air has been servicing the unit where I live for the last six years while I’ve lived here. Shout out to Adrian for finding and fixing my clog after having drywall repaired in the house. Adrian was most friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything and did a fantastic job. I’ve enjoyed working with total air for the last six years from the moment you called and schedule all the way down the line. They are great people. Definitely recommend.

We had an outstanding experience replacing our air conditioner/heatpump with Total Air. Josh Whiteside was a very skilled installer, and Anthony and Dennis were a great part of the team. They were professional, courteous, and extremely clean. Kyle, our sales representative was knowledgeable and took the time to explain various systems to help us make an informed choice. Took out their Senior plan which gives you 2 maintainence checks per year and reduced rate per service call. The office person Tabithia is very nice to deal with. The service tech who did my first matainence check showed me build up of dirt in blower fan and coils. He recommended the cleaning service for over $600 which I felt was high just for a cleaning. Going to put that off for now.

Brian, from Total Air, was an amazing find. He did the work in a very short period of time and rather than trying to push unnecessary product my way, managed to work with what he had in front of him and solved the problem. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Brian. A winning combination in my book. As our air conditioner begins to age in our residence, we will be reaching out again to Total Air and asking specifically for Brian to work with us as we make the decision on how and when to replace.

We had a complete HVAC system replaced including all of the duct work in the house. we had a high efficiency Amana system installed. Great choice! A significant undertaking which was handled from sale to finish by professionals. Sales (Bill) was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everything promised was completed. Technicians Javier, Carlos, Nate and supervisor Jason were polite, cleaned up every day and took excellent care of our house.After initial installation, we use Total Air for annual maintenance of our HVAC system. Professional, knowledgeable and always on time! Thoroughly satisfied with all services from Total Air.Another year with Total Air. We moved to a new residence and asked Total Air to perform the maintenance on our HVAC system. Our tech Marcus came out to perform the maintenance. Everyone from the ladies in the office to the managers are 100% experts. The crew that worked in hour home AC did and excellent job. They completed the whole job around 2000 hrs. They explained everything. Due to an electrical problem they couldn’t complete the job, but they are going to put me in touch with an electrician they normally use for this kind of problem. I would recommend Total Air for any AC needs

Up date:I had a Nest installed by Casey along with Dennis and Anthony and they were absolutely amazing. It was a tricky install, and they worked hard all day and got it done correctly! Highly recommended!Excellent service! Every tech I worked with has been fantastic but recently Collin Eckfeld come out to help after the hurricane. He had been working all day, it was late afternoon and had three calls after me, but was still nice and pleasant took the time to explain everything to me. He got my unit running quickly but still went over everything else to ensure he didn’t miss anything. I was very appreciative, especially after going through something like Helene. Thank you Collin! Sha'nya B. was totally professional and knew what she was doing. Found the problem. Upon further conversation, she checked for other things related to temperature (the orig. call was for not working at all). And was able to determine the full problem that will need to be/can be/ addressed at a later time. (WE are cool now). Really appreciated her hard work and attention to details. Wade came out to assess our A/C unit. The air conditioning filter dryer has rusted through and leaked out all the refrigerant. Wade not only assessed the situation quickly and expertly, he also recommended moving the filter inside out of the elements. He replaced the unit, added the refrigerant, tested everything and even showed me how to use my smart thermostat AND called to get us a discount as well! Very personable, polite, efficient and explained everything so well. He got us added to their maintenance plan for a a reasonable price! HAPPY CUSTOMER!
