They came out right away when my a/c wasn't working. Michael fixed the propane didn't try to up-sell me anything I didn't need. Very happy with their service!

Nick, Frank and Dan are the bomb! Thank you guys for sending Nick out. He was like a bloodhound to find the issues when others spent two minutes in the home before telling us just not to use the AC for what it’s for- cooling the home. Thanks a million!

I have been using Total Air for a few years now and they’ve done an incredible job installing and maintaining my unit. I had a concern about mold and mildew accumulation in the unit and they were quick and fair on pricing, within 2 hours I had a new UV and oxidizer, with duct work repair and coil cleaning. Alvaro Hernandez was excellent to work with and he was incredibly helpful.

Was able to renew my membership very easily on a Friday and have service by that Tuesday (could have been earlier if my schedule allowed). Daniel came today to for the bi- annual cleaning/maintenance and was super friendly, honest, professional and quick. Thank you for the great service!

AC went out on a Friday night late. Called Saturday morning for a weekend service call, able to fit me in for a 5pm appt. Tech arrived at 1230 fixed within the hour. Polite, Clean and early on a weekend call. Unheard of!Thank you

I was impressed by everyone. Arionna responded quickly and she showed/explained exactly why our unit failed. We needed a new unit and Ryan came a few hours later and he covered all our options. Very low key and no pressure. The next morning Vincent and Anthony arrived to install a new unit. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. They cleared out the old units, indoor and out, and hauled them away. Anthony cleared out waist high weeds in the hot sun before he installed our new compressor. Vincent installed our air handler and surge protectors and they both made sure everything was perfect. Everything was cleaned up installed by around 4 P.M. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Highly recommend. They came out on a Saturday with super short notice. Called them at 9 and they had my A/C back up by noon. After explaining to them I had Newborn twins, they understood my urgency. The technician Arionna was excellent and informative. I signed up for the annual membership considering the 20% discount is a pretty good deal and finding a company that makes you feel like a priority is rare.Thanks again!

My 82-year-old mother returned to Florida last night and the AC was not working correctly. I called Total Air this morning and they pushed our appointment into an emergency need. This afternoon Dan Eaton with Total Air inspected and handled the issues with my AC unit. Since I own the condo, he had to call me for approval and to explain the issues. He is very professional and treated my mother wonderfully. Everyone hates when issues happen but working with the Total Air team made it simple and easy. Mom could not go without AC in Florida summer weather, so I am thankful that my need was taken seriously.

Our technician, Daniel Eaton, is our hero today! He was so friendly, polite, and he loved our huge dogs. He worked outside in the heat for like 6 hours, well after 5:00, to make sure we were up and running. Daniel went above and beyond to clean our system up, teach me about what was going on, and ultimately get our house down from 94 degrees upstairs to a great 70 degrees just a few hours after he finished the repair. We’re going to request him for our regular maintenance in the future, and we will be calling the office tomorrow to let them know ourselves how awesome he was! If you get Daniel as your tech, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again, Dan, Callie has ditched her fan!

My outside ac compressor outside kept shutting down, the system was 5 years old and the original company that installed it was bought out. I called Total Air and they were out here the same day to service and repair the system. The technician, Nick was polite, knowlegable and explained the problem with the repairs needed. Extremely satisfied with Total Air and will recommend without hesitation.

We have used total air for about a year now. Excellent service and easy to work with. Had Caleb out last Monday for maintenance and cleaning and recommended a new unit as ours was on its last leg. Had Chris the comfort guy out that weekend and worked with us to get the best deal possible. Tuesday this week Anthony and Vincent showed up early for install! Cheri, Renee and anyone I’ve talked to on the phone are amazing! Can’t say enough great things about this company! Would give more stars if possible!

Dan E. and Nick were absolutely outstanding. Best customer service I've had from any type of service in years. Had an issue with my mini split unit dumping condensate. Dan came out and found out it was a bad in-line condensate pump. Dan and Nick got a new part installed the same day, however at no fault to them the brand new part they installed was broken. They went above and beyond to get another pump expedited and installed it first thing the next day. They tested my system several times with no issues to confirm everything was working as it should.

My unit was originally installed by another co. with the same brand of air conditioner and it turned out to be a three month nightmare. Someone suggested this co. & I have been with them ever since. The tech today, Alvaro was excellent, patient, & answered all my questions. The office staff is wonderful. Great company!!

Dan E was out for maintenance and stayed a lot longer to educate me. On the process of what he was doing and how my actual air conditioning system works he use the hose he had on the truck and sprayed on my condenser coil I saw the dirt coming out of it he educated me on the filters that I've been using and let me know that they're good he educated me on indoor air quality and I've been having some issues with Pauline and dust in my house and he introduced me to a new kit and installed it and I feel like I was taking care of today and informed of all the parts and processes that he was doing so I could understand it in layman terms thank you total air and Dan

The woman scheduling the appt. on the phone was very nice, helpful and respectful. I was able to get same day service, nice surprise. The tech, Nicholas McGrath, who worked on the unit was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed within a reasonable amount of time. This was the second time within two months that Total Air worked on my A/C, different issues, so far they've been a great all around company to rely on.

I had a technician named Nick from Total Air service my air conditioning unit, and I couldn't be more impressed! He did an incredible job from start to finish.What truly stood out was his amazing communication. 4 years ago, I gave 5 stars and no details. It’s 2025 and this company…A M A Z I N G! I’m not sure how I found Total Air, but I thank GOD I did. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and they’ve never missed, but this time? They outdid themselves. First, Pat (aka “Hannibal”) came to deliver some bad news, but instead of tears of anguish, he left me with tears of joy. Cool, calm, professional, and clearly the kind of leader that inspires excellence in his team. Now enter the MVPs: Vincent and Anthony (aka “Peck” and “Baracus”). These two built me a brand-new, state-of-the-art AC system like it was NASA-level engineering. What I had before was barely legal. What they gave me? A unit so clean and sealed, it looked like a gift straight from heaven. My house went from 95 degrees to 75 in 5 hours. I plan to sleep for the first time in a month and yes, I will pray blessings over them as I pass out in pure comfort. Extra love to Lori and the front office crew who took my panicked calls with grace and patience (bless y’all!). Oh and Nordyne? Their customer service belongs in the fiery pit of somewhere I don’t plan to visit. But Total Air? You have a customer for life, just call be “sis”. If you’re sweating and losing faith call Total Air. They’ll restore your comfort and your sanity.

Total Air helped me tremendously. My unit compressor blew up, was smoking, and thankfully did not catch on fire. They had a technician out within a few hours, had the parts needed for repair, and had my unit running again in 24 hours. They also installed a surge protector and other parts needed to keep my unit running effectively. I highly recommend!

Friday morning and exactly on time Total Air was at my door. Even though it was a long day the guys were tremendous. I have a small condo and they had to replace the unit on my third story roof. It went flawlessly. Hats off to them.
